Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary is known to be the nature education hub of Northern Kerala. Nature camps are conducted regularly during the period from September to March according to availability of funds in the Sanctuary. Students are the main group of focus. Students of different age groups are given talks from experts in various fields and they are allowed to feel and observe nature through trekking activities as part of the camp. The camp will help the students to understand the fascinating nature better and build a connection with it. At the end of the camp, the sanctuary (coordinators or staff or resource persons) will make sure to convey the importance of nature conservations, about responsibilities of a student in conserving his natural environment and to build a better generation for the future conservation of the wildlife.
